Job Description:
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our perfume and cosmetics store in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the store team to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Train and motivate staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in perfumes and cosmetics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
