We are looking for a Perfume Sales Specialist to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, a passion for fragrances, and strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and ensuring a premium shopping experience while maintaining store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert fragrance recommendations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and store maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures (opening, closing, stock monitoring).

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in perfume or luxury retail sales.
  • Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fragrance brands and industry trends is a plus.
