Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Agent at Nordic Holding W.L.L located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, and performing receptionist duties on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling reservations and performing Receptionist Duties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the local tourism industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
