Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Maintain and organize executives' schedules, appointments, and meetings with efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Meeting Preparation: Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the executives, clients, and internal teams.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the Financial Services/Investment sector.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in diary management is essential.
