Job Summary
The Office Manager will oversee various administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of the office while supporting the team in achieving organizational objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid background in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee procurement processes.
- Implement office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Handle correspondence, communicating with clients and vendors as necessary.
- Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.
- Support human resources functions including recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain records and filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Experience
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the real estate or development industry is a plus.
