Job Summary

The Office Manager will oversee various administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of the office while supporting the team in achieving organizational objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid background in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee procurement processes.
  • Implement office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Handle correspondence, communicating with clients and vendors as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.
  • Support human resources functions including recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain records and filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Desired Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the real estate or development industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing administrative functions effectively.
