Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote event services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, videos) that highlight event services offerings.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Event Support:
- Collaborate with the event planning team to market individual events and increase attendance.
- Support on-site event activities, including promotional setups, branding, and client interaction.
Skills
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in marketing, preferably within the event services or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
