MAIN OBJECTIVE
- The Senior Engineer – Assets intergation is responsible for leading the evaluation of the handover documentation of internal and external projects to ensure proper implementation to the Master maintainable Asset registry within BAC CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System - Maximo) to ensure FM maintenance plans and processes are sufficient and in line with FM short-, medium- and long-term plans.
MAIN DUTIES
- Project documentation:
- Approves handover deliverables including: documentation and ensuring appropriate quality of deliverables.
- Ensure procedures and guidelines are updated to include FM requirements and standards.
- Asset Integration:
- Approves the creation and loading of Asset lists, Job plans and Preventive maintenance plans for all new FM assets into the CMMS (e.g.: Maximo).
- Working closely with other FM departments to ensure Job plans and PM plans are up to date and as per industry standards.
- Data Management and Change Management:
- To ensure Change management process is established and followed.
- Oversee changes to CMMS or Master data in coordination with process or Assets owners.
- Supporting the planning and execution of periodic Master data checks.
- Support CMMS workflows creation and modification in accordance with FM processes and procedures.
- Processes, Procedures and Compliance:
- Help establish Asset inetrgration procedures, in accordance to international standards such as ISO55001.
- Staying updated on industry regulations and standards. Such as ISO55000.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular compliance audits and assessments.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicating asset management plans and performance effectively.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) discipline, degree qualified or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 Years of experience
- Previous experience and knowledge of airport assets or of an industry with complex assets.
- Quality Assurance techniques.
- Excellent facilitation skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of overall infrastructure activities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong ability to plan, organize and integrate resources and functions.
- Performance driven nature with profound understanding of KPI management.
