Role Description
This is a contract role for an Executive Assistant at Hollyoud Ventures in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, market research, coordinating with private and public entities, clerical work and project coordination.
Qualifications
- Executive and administrative experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the film or entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
