We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Manage schedules and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order as needed


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
