Business Development Associate

Responsibilities


  • Conducting online research, including social media, to identify new leads and explore potential markets
  • Analyzing company needs to identify decision-makers for purchasing
  • Initiating contact with potential clients to build relationships and schedule meetings
  • Developing and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Representing the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales materials
  • Engaging clients with updates on new product developments
  • Creating quotes, proposals, and handling negotiations through various communication channels
  • Setting and achieving sales goals, while pursuing partnership opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners, ensuring consistent communication
  • Developing strategies for approaching potential partners and evaluating results


Requirements


  • University degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1 year proven experience in a role applying business development skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Focused and goal-oriented

Compensation:


  • In addition to the base salary, a commission is offered for every deal successfully closed
