Role Overview
Lola is looking for a creative Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality digital content across various platforms such as social media, blogs, and videos. Your goal will be to attract and engage our target audience, build brand awareness and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production:
- Create original content including text, images, videos, blogs, and social media posts.
- Tailor content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Ensure content aligns with Lola’s brand messaging, tone of voice, goals and marketing objectives.
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and content calendars.
- Research audience trends, interests, and competitors to craft relevant content.
Content Creation:
- Use marketing equipment (cameras, phone, props, etc.) to create visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and execute creative photoshoots and videography.
Editing & Refining Content:
- Edit content to ensure it’s clear, grammatically correct, and of high quality.
- Adapt content for different formats, adjusting tone and style based on platform and audience.
Engagement & Community Interaction:
- Respond to comments, messages, and questions on social media.
- Foster a positive community by interacting with followers and maintaining engagement.
Performance Analysis:
- Utilize social media insights to track and measure content success.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance data to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Stay Current with Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends.
- Innovate and experiment with content creation to stay relevant.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Creativity: Ability to come up with fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Strong Communication: Proficient in writing, editing, and verbal communication.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut Pro, Capcut).
- Social Media Expertise: Familiar with platform algorithms and best practices.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies based on audience feedback and performance data.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in content creation for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
