Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market share in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s FMCG products to new and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, penetrate new markets, and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new growth opportunities.
Skills
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working primarily for the Bahrain market.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
