Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of retail outlet.
  • Supervise retail staff and provide guidance and training when necessary.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock assessments, and reorder products as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
