Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and rent our properties to potential buyers
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and
preferences
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties
involved
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic method in attracting new clients to
rent out our flats and studio
- Attend events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the company's
network
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients in a
timely manner
- Keep accurate records of sales and maintain an organized client database
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in sales and renting facilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
