Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager at COES in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales and B2B account management, with specific experience in printers, MFPs and Print Management.
- Proven experience in new leads generation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of office equipment technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
