Job Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, review, and verify compliance with MTMSA submission.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and other regulatory requirements, and report any non-compliance.
- Monitor future legislation and regulatory requirements for any change and initiate proactive actions in advance to comply with the same.
- Oversee Terminal operation and monitor the terminal performance level to ensure its meeting the contractual requirements.
- Monitor the LNG/GAS inventory in the terminal and ensure the compliance with the allowable internal use.
- Coordinate all audits and follow up to close out findings.
- Initiate report on Terminal complince and performance level, analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize terminal performance.
- Initiate and maintain a risk rigster related to all the terminal aspects.
- Coordinate with other Gas distributions and LNG departments as required.
Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Skills & Professional Certifications):
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in LNG operations, or other related industry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and operational best practices in the LNG industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and commitment skils.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to manage the relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- knowledge of LNG lifecycle is preferable.
- Marine operations and shipping including unloading / unloading is preferable.
- Proficient user of IT including high level skills in Microsoft Office.
Professional Certifications:
Project Management (PM) License or equivalent certification is desirable.
