Overview:
We are recruiting for a focused Data Entry Clerk who is ready to multitask, including handling virtual assistance work and online trading. The Data Entry Clerk will continuously update our company’s databases, liaise with employees and customers to collect information, and assist with various virtual assistant tasks. You will capture data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner, identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties. Additionally, you will participate in online trading activities as needed.
No prior experience is required as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
- Scan through information to identify pertinent details
- Correct errors and organize the information to optimize swift and accurate capturing
- Create accurate spreadsheets
- Enter and update information into relevant databases
- Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered
- Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
- Handle additional virtual assistant duties such as scheduling, email management, and customer service
- Assist in online trading activities as needed
- Handle additional duties from time to time
Requirements:
- Good command of English & Arabic
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
- Touch typing skills
- Ability to multitask and handle virtual assistant responsibilities
Salary: €30K to €40K PA + €2,500 annual bonus + shift allowances - OTE 40K
