Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for commercial vehicles.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Experience in managing a sales team will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior in Bahrain.
