Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assist in seating arrangements and reservations
  • Take guests' orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
  • Ensure a smooth flow of service by coordinating with servers
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant and menu
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and lobby area
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Desired Experience:
