About The Role
The KFAS Attendants are responsible for the overall entertainment of all children that stay at the Hotel/Resort. This involves caring for all children enrolled in the KFAS program, leading arts & crafts, instructing games, etc. and supervising children at play both in the Activity Center and in outdoor areas including the Pool areas.
What You Will Do
- Organize, monitor, multitask and participate in daily activities (including arts and crafts, swimming, and outdoor games) based on ages and skill level of children while ensuring safety of the children enrolled in the program.
- Provide a fun, active, creative and exciting space for our Kids experience
- Come up with weekly programs that include a mix of creative, fun, active, educational and diverse activities
- Manage the space and ensure it is always kept safe and clean
- Ensure the program is always at the expectation of Four Seasons Bahrain Bay and constant evolving of ideas Operational
- Liaise daily with HK team to see if any special touches are carried out for the Kids staying in house
- Connect with any Kids, creating new connections & inviting them into the Kids club or following up with Kids that have already visited the Kids club.
- Assist in handling guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Management well-informed of action and follow-up
What You Bring
- Prior experience of working with children.
- Ability to read and speak and write English
- Ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service always.
- To maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and other departments.
- To ensure you read and understand the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations, and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.
- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
