Sales Executive

Job Description

A leading facility maintenance company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team in Bahrain/UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales within the facility maintenance industry, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. This role requires someone with a proven track record in sales, an extensive client database, deep understanding of the local market and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the facility maintenance sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, utilizing an established client database.
  • Present and promote facility maintenance services to corporate clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of corporate sales experience in the facility maintenance industry.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client database within the facility maintenance sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies in facility maintenance.
  • Engineering or FM experience is prefered.
