Job Description
As the Lighting Showroom Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our lighting showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while effectively managing staff and inventory. Your role will involve driving sales, providing expert product knowledge, and creating an inviting atmosphere for customers to explore our diverse range of lighting solutions.
Job Requirements
· Have at least 3 years experience in Lighting Showroom management.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
· Passion for design and knowledge of lighting products and trends
· Have a basic understanding of lighting fixtures installation.
· Have basic computer skills including using Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Having a valid Bahraini or GCC driving license considered as an added advantage.
· Knowledge in electrical products and ELV systems shall be considered as an added advantage.
