Project Engineer/Project Manager for Marine Jetty Works

We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer to join our growing team, both locally and internationally!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, construction, and erection of both floating and fixed jetties.
• Prepare, develop, and implement project-specific policies and procedures.
• Create operational plans and budget estimates for project activities.
• Develop and update the project’s organizational structure, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Monitor and implement project-specific initiatives and plans.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate performance indicators related to operational plans, initiatives, and projects.
• Allocate necessary resources for both physical and human aspects of the projects.
• Plan and organize project stages from design to delivery.
• Review and approve project schedules and deadlines.
• Manage resource allocation and oversee the project team.
• Monitor project progress, achieve goals, and guide necessary changes.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and clients on project status.
• Address major challenges and guide problem-solving approaches during project execution.
• Coordinate with department managers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Ensure the highest quality in project execution within the approved budget.

Location:

• Office-based with on-site responsibilities as needed.

Salary Package:

• BHD 500/- + accommodation + car.

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling.
• Skills in SketchUp, STAAD Pro, and Revit are highly desirable.
