Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Assist in setting up the dining areas before service and cleaning up after service
- Ensure that plates, glasses, and silverware are properly sanitized and polished
- Assist the wait staff in serving food and drinks to customers when needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth food delivery
- Handle any customer inquiries or special requests promptly and courteously
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role in a fine-dining establishment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
1-5 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry, preferably in fine-dining
