- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through pro-active recruiting techniques
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational company
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions and levels
