- Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Desired Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
