Task and Responsibilities:

  • Screen incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments for the manager.
  • Attend meetings with the manager, take minutes, and follow up with staff members for necessary actions.
  • Prepare necessary letters, Memos, correspondence (in English & Arabic), reports, and presentations as directed by the manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business, company, and related documents.
  • Organize, maintain, and update files, reports, and records (both electronic and hard copies).
