Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with and local laws and regulations plus Conduct for legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry trends that may impact the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures and reports plus Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports and case files.
- Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees and stakeholders & Assist in managing the legal issues and advises on employment matters, including drafting, administering employment agreements Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas of potential risk and recommend corrective actions & Maintain Daily record (electronic and physical filing) of caseloads plus Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal -documents for attorney review and case preparation Prepare and present compliance reports to Corporate Counsel that to be shown to the top management .
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and investigations & ensure legal compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and to identify any problems encountered with legal compliance and the recommended solutions Investigate compliance issues and complaints, and implement solutions plus Analyze and summarize documents.
- Coordinate with both Sr. Legal Consultant and Corporate counsel as necessary for complex issues or potential legal disputes.
- Evaluate and manage compliance risks associated with new projects or business activities.
- Advise on risk mitigation strategies and compliance-related decision-making.
- Work with various departments to ensure compliance across all areas of the organization.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors as needed.
- To develop and implement all aspects of Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.
- Preparing formal and informal responses to governmental investigations, inquiries, and requests with guidance from the Senior Management as appropriate plus Submission the necessary reports and documents to the Governmental Authorities as required
