  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and compliance standards.
  • Maintain records of document management activities, monitor document status, and track documents through the review and approval process.
  • Create templates or forms for documents used by the organization.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, specifications, manuals, and correspondence.


Skills

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Desired Experience:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in document control or a related field.
  • Experience working in a construction, engineering, or technical environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of document control processes and best practices.
