Marketing Director for a leading Hospitality Group

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Gulf Hotels Group brand.
  • Manage all marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and media outlets.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent project management and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the Bahraini hospitality market and industry trends.
