Sr Sales Supervisor-Camera

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach potential customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of cameras and related accessories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in camera sales - outdoor sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field is a plus.
