By independently operating and maintaining equipment and systems following autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards, you will play a pivotal role in improving line and system performance to meet business needs. With your technical skills and eagerness to learn, you will help us achieve our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. If you are currently pursuing a degree or certification in a relevant field, possess strong technical aptitude, good communication and teamwork skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you. What you will bring:

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

What you need to know about this position:

- Work under the guidance of experienced team members to learn and support the operation and maintenance of food manufacturing equipment and systems

- Assist in following autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards to improve line and system performance

- Contribute to meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets

- Execute standard work processes on equipment, ensuring safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed

- Identify and report losses in the area and equipment

Education / Certifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, food science, operations management)

Job specific requirements:

- Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about food manufacturing operations

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
