- Provide menus to guests and offer recommendations based on knowledge of the menu
- Take reservations over the phone and manage reservation book efficiently
- Manage waiting list during busy hours
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and dining area
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth flow of dining experience
- Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
