Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations
• Supervise and coordinate staff members, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff
• Contribute to the development of menu items by providing feedback and suggestions

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team
