The Company: Well regarded MEP contractor operating across the Middle East, responsible for successfully delivering iconic building, infrastructure and industrial projects over the past 30 years. Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Services Manager to join the company’s team in Bahrain. As the Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the department’s operations, from project execution to completion and handover, covering the full spectrum of MEP services; HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV systems, etc. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering an exceptional service to their clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing building services projects. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Commercially and contractually astute. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
