Objective of the role: Candidates with a charismatic personality and strong communication skills who can make Customers feel welcome in our Boutique. Helps in identifying client needs, present and answer queries about our products, services and recommends solution. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential Customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our Boutique satisfied and you will contribute to the Boutique’s profitability. Key responsibilities: • Inventory Control and Stock Counting. • Achieve the Sales targets through continually driving the sales through upselling. • Sharing product information and knowledge with Customers and Sales Executives (product features and benefits / pricing and after sales service) • Provide exceptional Customer service to all customers. • Follow up on Customer Repairs and Orders. • Follow up on all customer returns. Contact all customers to understand the reason for the return. Feedback this to the Boutique Manager. • Maintain the hygiene and standards of the Boutique. This includes the display showcases, VIP rooms, back office and the product. • Ensure all product is represented in the Boutique (all elements of the collections are displayed). • Maintain the backup trays. • Ensure that all the products are in a sealable condition and report any damages to the Boutique Manager. • Communicate all launches to Customers and feedback all comments and suggestions to the Boutique Manager. • Stay up to date with the current trends and feedback suggestions to the HO. • Achieving, driving, and seeking out sales opportunities inside and outside of the Boutiques.

Educational qualifications: High school degree or BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus. Experience: • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role. • With Good communication skills.
