Responsibilities:
Lead graphic design projects from concept through completion while adhering to brand standards.
Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
Oversee the production of graphic material, ensuring quality across all platforms.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior graphic designers to enhance their skills and work quality.
Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and techniques to incorporate into projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in both digital and print media.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML and CSS.Strong portfolio showcasing creative, contemporary design across a range of platforms.Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.Detail-oriented with an ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
