This established group manages a portfolio of industry-leading companies across core disciplines within the built environment. They are currently looking to hire a Gym Front Desk Specialist to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet all gym members with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere.
• Manage the gym’s membership database efficiently, processing new memberships, renewals, and account updates.
• Effectively answer phone calls, inquiries, and emails related to memberships, class schedules, and facility information in a courteous and informative manner.
• Promote and recommend fitness products and apparel with enthusiasm and knowledge, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate effectively with fitness instructors, personal trainers, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the gym’s high standards.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Hospitality experience of at least 2 years, preferable in a fitness center or health club environment.
• A passion for the fitness industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
