Job description :

1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

2. Helping maintain workplace security.

3. maintaining visitors’ logs.

4. Maintaining employees' attendance, overtime, and short-time logs

5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, Hotel/travel arrangements, staff transportation arrangements, etc ..

6. professionally answering phones, and routing calls as necessary.

7. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

8. Sorting and distributing mail.

9. Provide excellent customer service.
