Job Requirements

  • Secondary School; Technical Certificate or Diploma from a vocational school is preferred.
  • Proven experience in heavy spare parts sales, preferably in spare parts sales.
  • Valid driver's license
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Heavy Spare Part Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales of heavy spare parts to clients within the designated region. This role requires a deep understanding of heavy equipment, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The Heavy Spare Part Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the heavy equipment industry. Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out all counter sales or outdoor sales activities in order to process all requirements and inquiries of incoming customers and to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with store keepers in order to issue the required spare parts in the least possible service lead time.
  • Identify the requirements and inquiries of incoming customers that are related to the product.
  • Provide technical advice within his product range to the customer regarding required spare parts.
  • Refer back to the spare parts manuals provided by the principals in order to identify correctly the spare parts and their codes.
  • Adhere to the price lists of spare parts and discount limits approved by the spare parts division manager.
  • Identify the availability of spare parts by using the Inventory master; inform the direct supervisor in case the volume of stock was doubtful.
  • Responsible for generating pick lists once deals are made; maintain quick responsiveness and smooth coordination with Store Personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Make sure that the issued spare parts from the stores are according to the pick lists and as per the requirements of the customer.
  • Responsible for inspecting returned spare parts with the consultation of the store keeper; negotiate the customer for a replacement and inform the accountant and the spare parts manager accordingly.
  • Inform the direct supervisor of any delays, difficulties, nonconformities, or complaints raised during work.
  • Perform other duties and responsibility as agreed upon by the Spare Parts Division manager.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and spare parts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
