Associate Director, Go-to-Market Strategic Operations Requirements

  1. Have 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  2. 1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally carrying a quota
  3. Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.
  4. Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment.
  5. Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
  6. Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact - have a desire to understand underlying problems and develop solutions to solve the root of the problem
  7. Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
