Sales Responsibilities:
Based in Bahrain and develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups for the 5 GCC countries Kuwait, Saudi, Oman, Qatar, UAE markets
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
Use phone, email, LinkedIn to perform selling activities and drive new business.
Explaining the functions and features of products and services at a basic level
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching for new leads
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Performing Sourcing, Lead Generation, daily calling (25-30 calls/day), prospecting, finding new customers, Converting Leads
Solid Experience in Inside sales of at least 3 to 5 years(IT Solutions and Services) for AWS, Azure Cloud Services, Remote IT Infra Management, Microsoft Power and Dynamics Services, Cyber Security Services.
Secondary Role
Lead generation – Generating qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments by leveraging online and offline channels.
Marketing and campaign – Managing email communication and driving the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives. Also, able to use online and social media option for Business Development
Database management – Identifying key prospects across our target audience and manage data churn.
Account based marketing – Ensuring audience engagement across key account segments with relevant content for existing leads through a designed process to generate more revenue.
RequirementsPreferred Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Experience required: 3-5 years Inside Sales experience covering the Middle East markets.
Experience selling IT Solutions, Cloud Services, Remote IT Infra Services, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform services, Cyber security services.
Excellent communication, verbal, and organizational skills.
