• Ensure that goods are received and stored in line with health and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper hygienic storage methods are utilized to prevent food loss and cross contamination.
• Order products in timely manner and maintain the minimum par level
• Prevent bottlenecks in operations in terms of stocks
• Oversees Back of the House (BOH) operations in terms of cleaning
• Ensures that cleaners/pot washers follow the policy of “clean as we go”.
