Government Relations Officer - HR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with government authorities in Bahrain & KSA.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements.
  • Handle all visa processing, permits, and governmental documentation for employees.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations in Bahrain & KSA.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in government relations or HR role in Bahrain & KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bahrain & KSA.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations or HR.
  • Experience working with government authorities in Bahrain & KSA is preferred.
  • Experience in a construction or related industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: BHD 500 - BHD 600 per year.
  • Full-time position based in Manama, Bahrain.
  • Additional benefits as per company policies.
