Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with government authorities in Bahrain & KSA.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements.
- Handle all visa processing, permits, and governmental documentation for employees.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations in Bahrain & KSA.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working in government relations or HR role in Bahrain & KSA.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bahrain & KSA.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations or HR.
- Experience working with government authorities in Bahrain & KSA is preferred.
- Experience in a construction or related industry is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: BHD 500 - BHD 600 per year.
- Full-time position based in Manama, Bahrain.
