Job Title: Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager Experience: 10 years Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure target attainment.
  • Utilize high communication skills to negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and build lasting partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience
  • Working Experience in Big 4 accounting firms
  • Proven experience in business development and sales in Audit firm with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. (audit &consultancy)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
