Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations, located in Manama. The Director of Operations will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role which includes but is not limited to overseeing and managing the operations of multiple restaurant locations, executing key strategies for growth and profitability, managing teams and resources, analyzing sales and financial performance data, and developing and implementing a solid infrastructure to support business growth. • Strong Communication and Organization skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or equivalent field
• Advanced Degree or certifications in related field are preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry is required.
• A minimum of 8 years in a management position with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably Preferably Director specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
