Job Profile<br/><br/>Job Title<br/><br/>Strategy and Planning Senior Manager<br/><br/>Reporting Lines<br/><br/>N-0<br/><br/>Head of Real Estate Office<br/><br/>N-1<br/><br/>Policy and Strategy Director<br/><br/>Job Purpose and Accountabilities<br/><br/>Role Summary<br/><br/>The job holder is responsible for developing plans to materialize Real Estate Office’s strategy, develop organization level KPIs, update organization structure when needed, help support decision making and help drive alignment and consistency across Real Estate Office through critical thinking, strategic mentality, and data-driven approach<br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/><br/>Accountabilities<br/><br/>Strategy and Objectives<br/><br/>Contribute to the development and refinement of the Mandate and Objectives of Real Estate Office<br/><br/>and contribute to the overall process of decision-making
Develop Policy and Strategy Department strategic plan in line with Real Estate Office’s Objectives
Set Policy and Strategy Department performance objectives and continuously monitor progress towards strategic objectives
Advise Head of Real Estate Office on related issues that strategically impact Real Estate Office<br/><br/>Organization, Resources, and Monitoring<br/><br/>Ensure that Policy and Strategy Department objectives are well communicated and understood at all levels
Recommend optimal structure and manpower size for the Policy and Strategy Department in line with predefined strategy
Endorse Policy and Strategy Department policies ensuring all relevant requirements are fulfilled while adhering to laws and regulations
Establish control system and monitor execution and performance
Take key decisions related to Policy and Strategy Department or escalate to Head of Real Estate Office when required<br/><br/>Strategy and Planning Activities<br/><br/>Develop Real Estate Office’s innovation integration plan and customer experience strategy based on overarching organization strategy, historical data, and latest market trends
Set and monitor KPIs to measure internal performance and incentives effectiveness
Perform a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and solve for white gaps in Real Estate Office’s operations
Understand and develop plans to materialize<br/><br/>Real Estate Office’s strategy as needed to reflect its ambitions, targets, and mandate
Develop organization level KPIs driven by the strategy with desired targets and align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy and objectives
Review and recommend changes to organization structure and accordingly update organization design and job descriptions and define technical and behavioral competency framework
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned<br/><br/>People<br/><br/>Management<br/><br/>Inspire the team and provide guidance and mentorship in order to create a performance-driven culture
