As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems and processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality control issues, conduct regular inspections and audits, and develop corrective action plans. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management within the construction industry and is highly skilled in implementing quality assurance strategies.
Responsibilities<br/><br/>Develop and implement quality control systems and processes
Review and analyze project documentation and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards
Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality control issues
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective action plans
Monitor and track quality performance indicators
Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding quality control practices
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in quality management within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of quality control systems and processes
Experience in conducting inspections and audits
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Certifications in quality management is a plus
