Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Revenue Growth:
Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions that align with their goals.

Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the achievement of sales, profitability, and cash flow targets locally.
Develop business opportunities and exploit the market potential.
Account management, customer profiling, activity planning and CRM updating.
Guarantee the respect of Managed Services cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance.

Technical Skills<br/><br/>• 5+ years of experience in the IT services domain, a similar role in the Cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling security services (SIEM, MDR, VAPT & GRC, etc..).
• Highly organized and solution-oriented.
• Strong customer service and account management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Very good at using MS Office and has suitable typing speed.
