Role Overview:
The Quality Coordinator - Structures will be responsible for managing and coordinating all quality-related activities pertaining to structural components within our construction projects. This position requires close collaboration with construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and continually improve quality measures and procedures for structural construction works.
- Create and maintain comprehensive quality control plans, inspection checklists, and protocols specific to structural components.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project requirements.
- Identify potential quality issues, risks, and non-compliance areas and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to address quality-related concerns, resolve disputes, and mitigate long-term risks.

2. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed quality reports, including inspection findings, deviations from standards, and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results, certifications, and compliance documentation for all structural works.
- Track and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, ensuring their timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports, project documentation, and client presentations related to quality assurance and control.

3. Quality Training and Awareness:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the awareness and understanding of quality control measures among project teams.
- Provide guidance and support to construction staff to ensure adherence to quality systems, procedures, and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, quality regulations, and technological advancements related to structural construction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as a Quality Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on structural components.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant quality control standards, codes, and regulations in structural construction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
